We have our best asset in people at Cenvexa. Each team member comes with an arsenal of technical skills along with the creativity, passion, and unique perspective that makes up both our product and culture. Every seat matters, from the highest leaders to early contributors, since all contributions are vital to the advancement of the movement. We believe in a culture of collaboration: free-flowing ideas where challenges can be solved together and growth is shared. Our team is a mix of innovators, problem-solvers, and dreamers, all tied together with one vision: to make fairness in shared expenses easy, accessible and, yes, fun for everyone. Founding and Leadership

Tanmoy Ganguly (Founder and CEO)

A DevOps enthusiast and product builder with a passion for crafting user-centric solutions. Tanmoy is equally skilled with a technical background and an addict for building solutions that center on the user. As Founder and CEO, he champions Cenvexa's vision to make fair, shared expense management simple, transparent, and accessible for everybody. With a balance of strategic leadership with proficient problem-solving, every feature becomes amenable to user needs. When he's not busy building Cenvexa, one would probably find Tanmoy exploring new tech stacks, playing with new tools, or working out in the gym, constantly pushing the boundary in both technology and life.

Rajanya Mukherjee (Chief Operating Officer)

A seasoned operations leader with a knack for optimizing processes and enhancing user experiences. Rajanya ensures Cenvexa runs smoothly behind the scenes, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Rajanya bridges the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that every moving part of Cenvexa is in harmony. Outside of the work sphere, she enjoys exploring creative problem-solving techniques and smarter ways of simplifying everyday tasks.

The early contributors of Cenvexa are energetic, creative, and committed interns actively shaping its future. More than learners, they are innovators that challenge the norm with their new ideas, boldness, and can-do spirit. These interns work alongside us in varied avenues of development, design, and operations, directly contributing to the features, experiences, and processes that differentiate SplitMate. Their enthusiasm and commitment drive our trajectory, lending a strong foundation to our growth journey. Web Developer Intern

Arpan Paul

With an eye for simplicity and elegance in design, Arpan bent on creating smooth, user-friendly interfaces so that every interaction can be a joy. He blossom in the process of translating complex ideas into simplistic layouts and seamless flows. When not busy coding, one would find him exploring new design systems, working on open-source projects, or sketching creative UI ideas in a little notebook.

Sumit Mandal

With a strong curiosity around innovation, Sumit loves to play with modern frontend technologies to stretch the confines of web design. His strong attention to detail allows him to give a considered approach to each button, transition, or component to ensure it feels polished and purposeful. Outside of Cenvexa, he enjoys learning from design communities, and binge-watching talks on web performance and accessibility.

Sneha Ghosh

From Sneha, with a deep passion for creating media rich digital experiences, infusing her arts along with science to make interfaces both functional and cute. She has the belief that the finer bits of detail-like font choices, spicing things up with spacing, or having smooth animations-can create most of the difference when users interact with Cenvexa. But apart from work, she is one of the UI prototypes tinkers, is constantly learning and in-depth about the trends that come up in front-end development, and shares some of her designs with people around her. The creativity and zeal she has adds more to the drive of Cenvexa in making the joint contributions painless and fair.

Software Developer Interns

Soumyadeep Dey

Soumyadeep is a curious and motivated software developer intern who solves challenges with clean and efficient code. With a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, he enjoys building end-to-end solutions that create real impact on users. At Cenvexa, Soumyadeep works on reliable features and ensures they work well across the platform. When not programming, he loves exploring new programming paradigms, contributing to open-source projects, and discussing technology with his peers. With his analytical thinking and willingness to learn, he has become a great asset to the team's growth journey.

Digital Marketing Interns

Sayandip Adhikary

An imaginative and a logical digital marketing intern, Sayandip has come in to help Cenvexa understand its audience in deep and meaningful ways. He is known to use storytelling and data-driven strategies, while engaged in the writing of content, optimizing campaigns, and building the online presence of the brand across platforms. Every day, Sayandip thinks of great ideas on Cenvexa for visibility improvement, reach, and community engagement. Outside the world of marketing dashboards, he loves to keep abreast of burgeoning trends in social media, spend some time tinkering with design tools, and learning how the brands create a lasting digital impact. His energy and adaptability make him a big part of the teams' outreach efforts. He is trained on all data until October 2023.

Graphic Design Intern

Madhuparna Nandi

Madhuparna is very important in pushing the marketing efforts of the company by creating and curating relevant and resonating content with the audience. Designing aesthetically pleasing social media posts, giving words to engaging stories, and working for the purpose of brand communication are some of her other responsibilities. Besides content creation, she is also involved in developing ideas for marketing, working on visual creatives for the brand, and maintaining continuity in messaging throughout different platforms. By mixing creativity with strategic thinking, she is able to further up the company's digital presence, engage with its audience, and connect the brand with its audience in a way that is real and impactful.
