Cenvexa’s Terms of Service & User Licence Agreement

The legally binding contract between you (“you”, “User”) and Cenvexa Software (“Cenvexa”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) comprises these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”, “Agreement”). They govern your right to access and use our Services, applications, and websites (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. The continued use of the Services indicates your consent to all provisions of this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not access, download, install, or use the Services in any manner. The Agreement aims to protect both you and us while laying down the rules for the Services to be offered to you.

Account Creation & Eligibility

Some Cenvexa Software Services require registration and the provision of accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including passwords, and for all activities under your account. You promise to use the Services only for legal purposes and not do anything that may harm the Services, other users, or the reputation of Cenvexa. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of this clause of Terms or for any prohibited activity.

Restrictions on Use

The reverse-engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services, which is permitted unless expressly provided in writing by Cenvexa Software, is not authorization for you. You are further restrained from copying, distributing, sublicensing, renting, leasing, selling, transferring, or making public display of the Services. The Services will not be put to use for the development of competing products or for any unlawful activities. You shall not disrupt, bypass, or circumvent any security features, nor shall you attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or to other users' accounts.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

You understand & agree that you will be charged for any features or services of Cenvexa Software that have been purchased from the website upon purchase. All such payments for the paid features are taken through approved payment affiliations and by completing a purchase; you agree to these terms, conditions, and policies of the payment provider. Cenvexa Software does not keep a record of full payment card data in its systems for security and privacy reasons; thus, sensitive financial information is processed exclusively by the payment processor. You are responsible for making sure that your chosen payment method is valid, authorized, and has sufficient funds or credit for the transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cenvexa Software shall not have any liability for any loss, damage, or cost arising directly or indirectly from your use of the Services. In no event, shall Cenvexa's liability for claims under or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount that you paid to Cenvexa in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim or, if no payments have been made, a reasonable minimum amount according to any applicable laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This means that Cenvexa Software does not warrant or guarantee that any of its Services are offered either as is or as available. To the extent permitted by law, Cenvexa specifically disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including without limitation anyone relating to merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. Such a provision includes that the Services may not meet your expectations, be suitable for your own purposes, or be free from risks regarding infringement. You accept and understand that you are responsible for assessing its applicability to your needs by accessing or using the Services itself; thus, Cenvexa does not promise performance, quality, or reliability.

License

Under these Terms and your compliance with them, Cenvexa Software grants you a limited, exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revokable license to install and use the Services on a personal basis or only for internal business purposes, in part or in whole, in accordance with the documents and these Terms. All other rights not explicitly granted to you under this grant are fully reserved to Cenvexa Software.
