Information Collected By Us

Automatically collected information is technical identifiers such as an IP address, device identifiers, operating system, and browser type; usage data and telemetry such as pages visited, features used, event logs, and performance metrics; diagnostic information such as crash reports and error logs; location-based information (when permission is granted); and cookie data and similar technologies.

Commonly, retention periods can be summarized as account and profil data until account deletion plus 30 days, expense records until account deletion plus 7 years for tax and audit purposes, support correspondence maintained for 3 years, and analytics data retained in anonymized or aggregated form after 2 years.
